I wonder what the record is for the furthest UR, and fixed.

I found and fixed this in Dover, NH, 85 miles away from the problem it reports:

Problem: Duffy Drive in Boylston, MA is actually Duffy Road. please correct this.

Reported from Dover, NH? Wow, it is very unlikely that anyone with editing privileges for Boylston, MA and knowledge of that area would happen to be poking around in Dover, NH to even see this report and be able to do anything about it. Fortunately I live down that way, I'll take a look.

It's like making a 3-point shot from downtown. Waaaay downtown.

Problem: I live on XXX drive, Worcester, MA. I am told when turning onto XXX that in 0.50 of a mile take a right. I should be told to take a left because that is my street. not to go right & then left. a clear error. I've lived here 27yrs.

I'm sorry, but you're not qualified to leave this UR. You must have 30 years of experience in a given area in order to report problems. Please come back in 3 years when you're ready.

This was actually one of the most detailed UR's I've seen in a while, I trimmed it a bit for comedic value. The left onto his street was un-disabled, fixed, solved.

I think all reports should collect some demographic data, like the number of years driving experience in that area.

Problem: Kancamagus Highway is pronounced incorrectly. It should be more like kan-ka-MAY-gus

The map editor cannot control pronunciation, only spelling.

Besides, if I could control pronunciation, I'd make it kang-a-MANG-us.

This argument is quite dogmatic in NH. Oh, what have I started..

Sorry, the ride-along voice feature was deprecated because it too closely matched the voices in some people's heads. Crazy people were complaining.
