Nope, its not a mapping issue, its a case of the coordinates being off for his house. Its directing him to a location on the other side of the freeway for his house (Both are new developments). He actually submitted multiple UR's, and they had enough GPS trace that you could see what was going on. Sadly there's no way for me to PM him and tell him how to (try to) correct it.

when going to my work, the map tells me to turn left and sends me around in a full circle instead of just turning left into my parking space from the road. the turn is legal.
