Going over /under is annoying. Why doesn't the tile builder respect the level property?

Cartouche used to show unmatched roads in your drive in red and allow you to create new a new matching segment in one click. I've created hundreds of KMs this way. I don't know if WME still supports this. Maybe they can add this functionality for unmatched segments in URs too. Though it might be useless because URs do not show the entire trace.

I remember last summer in Paris in that stupid roundabout where more than 10 streets of all shapes and classification meet. I wanted to be a good driver and yield for those inside the roundabout and when I'm inside those coming in should yield to me. Only I yielded but no one yielded to me. AND I'M NO PUSSY so I reverted to the Saudi style and showed them all who is mssusa . I received the dirtiest of looks, but f them all .
Months later someone told me that unlike all over the world, in France, or at least in that roundabout those inside should yield to those coming in .
Maybe some Frenchman could confirm.
