Actually...."drive safe" is grammatically correct in the safe way as "read fast", "jump far", etc. But it does sound stupid and I translated it to safely for here ;)

Umm I don't think so. Actually it might be quite funny to report to that airport that one of their staff is providing highly detailed GPS tracks of airside stuff hehe

I think it sounds fine as it is. It's not about correct grammar, it's conveying the information as simply as possible for the driver. The way it is said now does this well.
Be ready to... sounds really wrong, and worse than the current one imo.

Close the lot and PM them. Explain they can use the livemap on the site to report distant problems without moving :-)
