I've seen taxiways and runways at a number of airports. I have no idea why they need to be there.

At the New Orleans Lakefront Airport (NOL), which is 99% private planes and charter flights, you could actually land a plane using Waze, and it's done pretty frequently. I'm constantly deleting paved flight paths across the lake and over the city. I don't think they have a manned control tower there anymore.
