I'm still getting right turns allowed by the routing server even when the turn is restricted and the roads connected to the junction are locked. If I disable all wireless communication on my phone and plan a route using just the internal routing on the phone, the client routes correctly. I even restricted the junction fully first then allowed just the allowed turns.
