Well, now Papyrus is working again but now my Scoreboard is all messed up. I was at 822074 points and holding, now it's down to 605892 and a ranking of "-1"...greeaaattt
I'm just going to assume it will be fixed and continue editing I suppose.

EDIT forgot to add that although my points went down, the number of edits went up but the driving alerts and cookie eater feet have turned to "0".
