Junctions at ends of Courts

It depends, if you are using Papyrus and only adding one - yes, that method is likely the fastest.

If you have 10's or 100's to add, it's much quicker to add them in Cartouche_old. One step vs. two steps or more.
Use the same new road and just move it from dead-end to dead-end leaving junctions behind. 8-)

The easiest way is surely in new cartouche and just to start a new road that connects to the existing one and then delete that new road.

They are still required. I would add them back in or Wazers originating routes from those cul-de-sac's will get 'proceed to highlighted route' until they hit the next street.

The easiest/quickest way to add them back is via Cartouche_old.

Good idea, this is valid and quick. Also, not necessary to save after each temporary junctioning.
