Login to cartouche failed?

Dear All,

I recently just make a return and want to do some editing on the https://world.waze.com/cartouche/. However I was prompt for username and password so i just key in what i use to enter my dashboard. However, it said "login failed". Do i require a different username and password login? Or there is just some maintenance work behind?

It should work with the same username and password you've always used. Try again perhaps?
Also, which browser are you using? The editor works best with Chrome or Firefox, or you'll need to install Chrome Frame for Internet Explorer.

Note: the editor has been upgraded to a completely new interface. You can learn how to use it here:
