Hi ply - Please holler if/when you would like to see the chat logs. We're all very happy to help any editor, but the editor has to be open and understanding of the Waze procedures and expectations and be willing to accept these in order to be helpful to the Waze community. Many offered to help and I won't share a lot details here in this public forum but the chat logs are available as needed.
