Same here and I went away

I am having the same problem lately with points not showing up. I drive as a courier about 5-6 days a week, usually about 300 miles a day (sometimes much more, sometimes less).

Since 11/15/15 I have drove a little over 3000 miles while making road reports and have only accumulated 5700 points in that time period. I have been using Waze for over 3 years and never really had this much of a delay in points. Nothing has changed with the device that I use and I have the same signal strength I always have.

When I look at my drives in the map editor, the drives for this period are showing up but not near the miles I am actually driving.

I am ranked number one in my State of Maryland and ranked 95 overall. Occasionally another member (livingbyfaith) pops into the number one slot in my state and then disappears which is a little confusing.

I know it's not the end of the world missing points but I would like to know what happened with my account and why I am not getting my driving/reporting points all of the sudden. I use Waze every day, even for short drives.

Anyone have a clue about how I can resolve this? There doesn't seem to be a way to email Waze support directly or at least I can't find it. I enjoy using the app but it is a little discouraging after many years of building points and ranking to be losing so many points all of the sudden.

Thanks CBenson for the quick reply. I didn't realize that users could change scoreboards state to state so that clears that up for me. I will give that link a try.

Thanks Poncewattle, That one really had me wondering how a user could appear and then disappear in the scoreboard.
I am going to try that link that CBenson posted and then give it a little time. I am probably missing at least 10k points.

Just an update on my points issue. I am still not getting near the drive points that I should and HAVE for the past few years. I just upgraded my device that I am using a couple of weeks ago to a Note 4 and it seemed to improve slightly but still not where it should be.
Just some quick mileage notes...
From 11/9/15 thru today I have drove a total of 10,991 miles making reports as usual along the way.
Just the miles alone should be 54,955 points. In that time period I have only earned 29,611 points. I stopped using my 3 year old Samsung Tab 2 a couple of weeks ago, which I prefer to use because of the large screen. I thought maybe it was a connection issue with that device.
I do like using Waze for the reporting abilities and to be able to see where the police are hiding (especially in Northern VA where they love to hide in bushes and so forth) but I also enjoy being the number 1 user in my State. My ranking is diminishing day by day since early November. It's not a deal breaker for me using the app, which I will continue using, but it would be nice to know why me and so many other people are not getting our drives and accumulated points.

Same problem this week...
1021 miles driven since 12/14 with road reports also.
Total points for that time period 888. Should be over 5000 points.

I think the points / drives situation is getting worse by the day...
12/14/15 thru 12/20/15 I drove 1192 miles with road reports.
1755 total points earned. Just watching my standings drop day by day.
Kinda sucks.

More stats...
11/10/15 thru 12/20/15, 11183 total miles driven with road reports, 30478 total points.
Should be almost double that.

I have used three different devices, doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

Just got a really big jump in points overnight (almost 20k).
Looks like the problem is being worked on.

Hi All
I am in the UK and have had a problem for the past 2 weeks of some drives not appearing. All 3 of these missing drives are when I have had a section of paving new roads during the drive. All my other trips have appeared as normal.
I don't know if this will help in identifying the problem.

There has just been a new version of the WME released and it seems to have broken the Drives tab (at least in the World option) I guess you will have to wait a while until it is fixed.
