Zoom in to the place indicated and check for a segment that doubles back on itself. Select the segment and hover over the out-of-place geometry node and press 'd' to clear it.

Look for the chat tab in the bottom right of the map area - open that up and ask there...

Are you still having the same problem? I was able to load the PL this morning. I can't see what problem you are trying to solve.

you can also click on a road segment there, and look in the lower left of the WME screen and see a list of AM's for that area. From there, you can click on the name of an AM and send a private message to any one of them asking for help.
