Separate to two one-way roads - no permission

Hi,

For whatever reason, I never have permission to separate a two-way road into two one-way roads. I always get permission denied. Can this be fixed ASAP please.

As an area manager, I can only split roads in my own area. Having earned my 5 stars, I stil cannot split roads outside my area, although I have driven them. So I think splitting roads is an area-manager-only edit.

I haven't had issues with this lately. You might want to email alpha@waze.com with a permalink to the area you are having issues with. Especially if you are on the world server, as it just got updates to cartouche so there might be a bug in the code.

On the NA server it seems to use the "have you driven it" permissions. Just tested in an area that I've driven and not area manager in, and it did work. Probably just something weird about that segment. Again, recommend emailing the devs a permalink for them to take a look at.
