New road update help

I am trying to add two new roads but I do not see anywhere I can do this.

Hi Daddy_Vader, you must have editing rights where you are trying to add the roads and the roads they attach to must either be at your level or you should request they be down-locked to your level.
Read this and I also recommend you find the local forums for where you are attempting to add these roads.
