City name duplicated - change spelling

Hi,

Waze have updated base maps in Brazil, and in the process, my home town has appeared with 2 different spellings (with and without acent): "Cordeiropolis" and "Cordeirópolis".

About half the streets are named with one spelling and the other half with the other.

Is there a way to "batch update" the city name to correct the spelling?

You should probably contact support for them to do this on the backend.

There is a tool that could potentially do this, but it is not supported by waze, and there are concerns over side effects that it might cause.
