Cannot move the map around or edit streets

Hello Wazers,
I am trying to edit some streets in order to fix some reported problems. I have done this in the past without any issue, but now I cannot move the map when clicking and dragging, and if I click on a street, the "squares" to move it will not appear. So basically, I cannot edit any street. I know those streets are not locked and I should be able to edit them (they are on my "editable" zone).
The browsers I am using are: google chrome 20.0.1132.47 and google canary 22.0.1193.0. I have tried to delete all my browsing data (history, cookies, etc.) but did not help.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
