WME allows creation of landmarks outside your editable area (as of 7/18).

Basic steps to reproduce:
1. Create a landmark whose points are inside your editable area.
2. Without saving, move all of the points of the landmark outside your editable area.
3. Save. The landmark will successfully save. (You can also delete this landmark after the save.)

Presumed expected limitation: All points of a landmark must be within a user's editable area at save time to successfully save. At the least, ONE point of a landmark must be within a user's editable area at save time to successfully save.
