GSM/3G coverage too poor to register my presence

I have been on vacation to a place in Sweden where the GSM/3G coverage was too poor to register my presence to the Waze servers. (I thought that the client should cache this data and send when possible). Is there some way to get edit permissions to the area I have been to without going there again? I drove around the place for a week and it is too far away to get back there just for Waze.
The area is a Waze black hole and I would like to add some roads and lakes.

Have you looked at the area on the world map to make sure it really is "empty"? Are you usually on the world server infrastructure or US/Canada?

You should have edit permissions for a few weeks in the area then.

All my points and some presence (for this trip) have been recorded to the world editor.

I have permissions to edit part of the area, but there is a black hole just across a lake with some roads, and the area south of "base camp" has not been recorded at all.
Since I'm going back there next year I would like to add all the roads, lakes & rivers.

Center of the area is E14.28840, N57.37872
