When to use "Nearby HOV" and "HOV/Service Road Adjacent"?
As announced the "Nearby HOV" road property and "HOV/Service Road Adjacent" checkbox for closures can finally be used in WME.
If I'm correct their purpose is to not mix GPS speed and movement data between main roads and HOV/Service Roads. The question is, as an editor, what is the typical distance between main roads and HOV/Service Roads for me to assume that GPS data will be mixed and I should probably mark the "Nearby HOV" or "HOV/Service Road Adjacent" checkbox?
Can I use the "Nearby HOV" property when there is no HOV route but a main road near a service road where the same situation of GPS data differences may happen?
