How can we make an alert for very long term road closed, road construction... ??
When I try to indicate a map issue problem but it's not enough.

I believe this information, along with lots of other info, is in the wiki. Long-term means, these days 3+ weeks. The map update timing isn't fast enough yet to accommodate much shorter times unless you keep reminders to close it 3+ weeks ahead and open it well ahead of time, the same. If truly long-term, the best method is to disconnect the affected segments.
