Streets that are not permitted to drive through

Hi!

In Norway we have lots of streets that your are allowed to drive in and out of, you are just not allowed to drive through them. I am wondering how best to map this in Waze. I suppose I could mark the streets as private, even though they aren't. Would that be the best solution?
