Is anyone else having issues savings changed to junctions on the NA server this morning?

This happens when I am either adding a junction (i.e. connecting two overlapping roads at an intersection) or deleting junctions (i.e. bridging two segments of a road).
I can complete the action, but when I go to save it gives me the "An error occurred while savings. Please try again"

It seems that other editing functions have not been affected (I haven't tried making a roundabout though).
