the same is here, Latvia. We have had a new road for some time already (august/september), but still old gps points are shown and no new. I think the same is for all gps points in country, just most roads are in same places, and I do not know, if points are old.

Please help in refreshing GPS points, as we have bad bing map quality in other parts of country, so its hard to correct/draw something based on gps points if they are old.

I can tell, that most gps points if not all are from somewhere 2011.

It is actually pretty bad if someone uses this app as cyclist. And I wondered where all those not-real traffic jams come from...
In current state waze is not to be used by pedestrians or cyclists, because pedestrian/cycling roads can break correct navigation for cars (if drawn all around) and that also is cause for false traffic jams reports.

What do you mean by "on the web map"? If http://world.waze.com/livemap/ - than live map has some glitches in displaying updates. If https://world.waze.com/editor/ - than editor must display all latest additions, even those not yet in the app.
And update frequency is to be seen here http://status.waze.com/

Really, once or twice a week is not good enough for you? Compared to the once every 3 months that we were previously seeing this is pretty good.

The NA system went through the same changes which took a while as well and now look at how often they are updating, I assume they have quite a bit of testing to make sure everything is working before they switch it to a daily update cycle, and if something is not working correctly I would prefer that it was fixed before hand.

Or maybe just a commit changes to map updates option.
So then you have a Save which is only a buffer (with maybe a day before auto commit) and then a commit which you can hit when your changes are actually ready.
