Cannot add closures to WME

I am trying to add a road closure to a local road. I am a level 3 editor and this is within my drive area. But I keep getting an error message saying that I need to be a level 3 editor / waze partner to add / edit a closure.
BUT I AM A LEVEL 3 EDITOR?????

Looks like WME is in read-only mode as it was last sunday. Probably some local maintenance going on, or somebody forgot to turn off the last weekend maintenance mode :)
