If you haven't worked with local editors, then there is no way you can be certain if you made "incorrect edits" or edits that do not follow local guidelines.
If you are wanting to edit again, I would recommend reaching out in the Costa Rica forum and asking for assistance from one of the Costa Rica leadership editors.

Apparently the answer should be in your forum messages inbox. Did you check there at all?

The reason you can no longer edit is that your local community saw that you were making incorrect edits and tried to contact you but you were un-responsive, so they took measures that would hopefully make you answer or get in contact with them.

If you don't have anything in your forum inbox, then please post about this in the US forum rather than in the international forum section about WME, there is nothing the global community can do in such cases, the local community is the one who decides.
