How come that Stockholm, Sweden is half under water on the livemap, when the clientmap shows all the waterlines correctley?

Goat Island in Niagara Falls, NY and all of Grand Island, NY is also underwater, and have been that way forever. Got the usual "we're looking into it" response; meanwhile, URs pop up daily about the problem.

Neville Island, PA has been underwater forever, as well. This never ceases to amuse me.

Who is it that takes care of missing island land masses? I see that much of Neville Island, PA is still not showing on the map when viewed from the Waze app on the iPhone.
