Feature Request: No unattached nodes

In some places on the map I can see tons of little node dots sitting around, their roads long since gone. Can the system autoclean/delete these? Otherwise we have to select and delete each one by hand.

Supposedly, cartouche is supposed to do this. Unfortunately I have yet to see this happen. I am guessing that it's a feature that is currently broken. I also suspect that it may also be tied to some of the false turn restriction arrows not disappearing as well.
