Level 6 Editor required

Hopefully I'll reference this correctly:

Clarksville, TN - Area around the junction of Dover Rd/Fort Campbell Blvd/New Providence Blvd.
The original objective was to correct New Providence Blvd being shown as a divided highway from Fort Campbell Blvd to the other end at the junction of Kraft/Riverside/Second Street. All was fine (but man, is that some tedious work!) until I got to the section of road between Power St and Sinclair Drive. You can see that this is not a divided highway, but I can't correct it due to the section being locked by a level 6 editor. I created a weird 45 degree elbow to keep the traffic flow from generating errors, and it drives without errors, but man, does it look funky on the map! In addition, the road is misnamed here as well. Dover Road actually ends at the intersection to the west of this section. One thing at a time, however.
I'm working on map issues in Clarksville as I have time.
