Post a permalink of your AM area and one of the Champs will look it over and give you a critique of what needs to be done and more importantly if anything is being done wrong that needs to be corrected.

I can't see your area...I assume you're not an Area Manager since you don't show up on the AM layer. So I'm just guessing at where you can edit. But here's a few things just to get you started...also a review of some of your edits at the bottom of this post.
This area is littered with turn restrictions that need to be set properly:

Improper usage of ramps (not your work, but still should be fixed). Look for this type of thing throughout your area.

More turn restrictions, and a number of one-way streets that should probably be two-way. Also, the highlighted segment looks like it should be a Parking Lot type.

If you look around for improper turn restrictions and one-way streets, it should keep you pretty busy.
Okay...ready for some constructive criticism?
This is bad:

Those red roads should never be left like that on the map, as they're incomplete/unconfirmed. You also went a bit overboard on the parking lot roads. Here's the relevant guidelines/required reading:

And non-freeway ramps with Big Green Signs? Also no!
Are you thinking of turn lanes?

Holy cow, what was I thinking!? I've learned a lot in a couple weeks. Even that made me wanna scream seeing it now. I fixed that up quick. Thanks!! Also thanks for showing me some areas to work on and yes I am not an Area Manager (although that would be neat).
