Yep, same here. Must be something going on on the server. I wish they would tell us when server stuff is going on so i don't waste my time editing stuff that never completes.

Sometimes if I move down the road a bit it works fine, sometimes I get a section of road I can't do anything to. It's random too. i was working on a stretch of 110 and all was going fine, then all of a sudden the wheel of death and I can't finish. frustrating

I've got two sections left in Washington Ave (westbound) that I'm trying to change from two-way to one-way, but the save/update never completes. I just get the spinning timer forever. I tried deleting the road segments and just recreate them, but the delete never finishes either, I just get the spinning timer o' death.

I've try editing the segments in the permalink that you've send, and it work fine.
The next time its happens it would be helpful if you can add the exacted time that the problem occur, to the premalink .
In the meanwhile you can always try deleting the cash files and try again.
