This segment is properly set as a no name segment. This is a standard guideline for the segment between the two 1-way segments and is set that way for when Waze navigates a u-turn at this location. If it is named, it will say "take a left at New Hope Rd and then take a left at Lousiburg Rd."

Until Waze actually gives us a real u-turn ability, this the way we do this, and it's documented in the wiki. With real u-turn commands later, it will matter much less whether it is named or not.

If the road on either side of Louisburg was a different name than New Hope, the center segment must always be unnamed or one of the left-hand turns will say the wrong road name for 1/2 the drivers.
