Glitch when moving the map using click-drag

Tonight while moving the map to different areas:
when I click and drag there is a glitch so that the map repositions itself to "centered-on-screen" while the mouse button is pressed, then it jumps back to "centered-in-map-window" when I release the button. Seeing it in both Firefox and Chrome.
Is anyone else seeing this issue?
