Can't delete "ghost" segment

I've found a segment that doesn't show up on the map properly and gives an error message every time I try to modify or delete it. It needs to be removed. How can this be fixed?

Sure there is. After entering the initial search aka subject, click email, fill in the form with all details and send.

Post a permalink with the selected segment to support on the Nanorep page. Let them have a look or delete it for you.
Follow the support link and type ghost segment in the search.

Well, at the moment I can't select it anymore. Not sure what's going on. This has been happening with the same segment for at least a day.

Thanks for the reply. But, I don't understand how to post a report on that page. I searched for "ghost segment" and this text came up "Ghost Segments We're aware of the ghost segments issue and currently working to fix it (18.12.12)." but there's no way to post anything.

Also, the segment is now selectable again (though still doesn't show on the map).

I found an e-mail form and filled that out. Hopefully it gets to the right place.
