City naming and punctuation?

Anyone know if there could be a problem with putting a city name that contains a comma in the city field in WME?

Hawaii has certain place names that are duplicated from island to island. Unfortunately, that places them close enough together to trigger the error message about it being too far from the city listed.

I'm working on clearing up the basemapped island of Kauai, where the village of Waimea is shown on the map as Waimea (2), to distinguish it from another, more prominent area. It looks goofy, so I am changing the segments to "Waimea, Kauai". It's letting me save, but before I go too much farther on this I just wanted to check to see if there could be a problem with punctuation (there are hyphens in some name, so I guessed all characters may be OK). Thanks.

Thanks! Just wanted to be sure.

Strange that they wouldn't provide a province field for Canada. I assume that's on the long to-do list.

As far as I know, there's no problem with this. It happens regularly in Canada, where (for some unknown reason :? ) Waze hasn't bothered to enable the provinces in the "State Name" field -- some editors include the province in the "City Name" field (i.e., "Toronto, ON").
