Invisible Road!

This part of Erie Pkwy has been mangled by someone or something. I was the one that disconnected the Erie Pkwy from the intersection, but if you hover over, or at least when I hover over, the area where Erie Pkwy was, a road shows up. When I try to delete the road to redo it, it gives me an error. Not sure as to what is going on...

The editor has been glitchy for me this morning. Not showing edits recently saved, and in one case not allowing me to select a segment I had just created!
