Help needed to figure this problem: Fairfield, CA

Hi

I've been encountering quite a few URs along this stretch of I-80 near Fieldfield CA that the driver is being redirected off the freeway then back on:

A LiveMap also seems to show that drivers are being rerouted, at least at this point:

This led me believe that somewhere north of this exit on the freeway there might be a junction that has been restricted. I didn't see any red arrows along the freeway, but I did find something peculiar. This segment doesn't seem to have any arrows leading to the next segment. Could this be the problem?

According to LiveMap, fixing that junction fixed a whole slew of reroutes.

Sorry Kentsmith,

I was going to send you a PM about this junction, but you hadn't responded to two PMs I sent to you last month, so I wasn't sure if you were ignoring me.

Looks like when I was updating the naming on the ramps earlier this week I somehow disconnected that segment.

Really? I respond to 100% of all PM within a few days time worst case. I just checked all my prior messages in (my OCD saves all messages), but I have none from you of the 150+ received and responded. Send me a test message now to see if there is a problem in the PM system between us. I will do the same.

(Edit: esochan identified the problem as an error in the PM name spelling. We have it solved now.)

Most likely, that segment is the reason why. If there's no connecting arrows from one segment to the next, that means the nodes aren't connected, so yes.
