road with median

How should I update a road that has a median which prevents left turns except at intersections? I have turned on split road, but the routing ignores me. Unless this hasn't reached the server and thus my phone yet?

Perhaps I need to turn on one of the othe road types?

"Separating line" is the option to check for that. It's entirely possible that the edit hasn't reached your phone yet; mine have been taking up to a week or so...
