The map is very funky at the moment in the New York area (MPs appearing and disappearing). I'm backing off of editing for a few hours.

... and the "v" is for Volvo.

All my missing edits from three days ago are back. The affected areas now look OK. Waze must have fixed the problem and recovered the lost edits.

I think this would explain the strange behavior I was getting this morning at around 5AM EST on the client. I could not navigate, it would say either could not find end point or could not find start point.

I've also noticed that some of my edits aren't "sticking", like changing a street type for example.
EDIT - a work around seems to be toggling the lock option (then setting it back to its original setting later).

No, that was after the rollback. Check the tweets.

Oh, I was going by the order on status.waze.com. Good to know.

The tiles have been pushed again.
One day after the rollback announcement, status.waze.com shows another release of the tiles from Febuary 11th 2013.

So, Waze rolled back then pushed out old tiles, but now have the latest configurations in place?
It's just a matter of waiting until the tiles are pushed again?
Please confirm.

That's what I thought. During this morning's drive I received the old TTS. Afterwards, I checked the WME, it shows the segment configured correctly but indicates that I edited it yesterday.
I refreshed map data on my client, reran the route and still get the old instructions. :?:

It'll be easier to just update my résumé :D
