How can I report a traffic problem via computer or via phone AFTER I have driven past it?
One direction of the main bridge her in Charleston/Mt. Pelasant is closed. My phone only lets me report near by events, and I am a mile from the bridge now. Also, the PC seems to have no meathod for reporting the problem either.

You have to at least start the report when you are at the location, you can use the "Later" button to finish the report later.

This is to prevent abuse of the system.

Temporary. But traffic all day will be re-routed. It is the sort of thing, I think, WAZE is for.
