level 5 editor needed - Lima, Ohio

Southbound I-75 ramp at route 309 in Lima, Ohio (Harding Highway) is closed for expansion. This road is locked. Same for the Northbound ramp on the north side of Harding highway. Traffic is being rerouted through the south ramps.

The south side ramp for the south lanes of 75 now allows left and right turns. There is a traffic light there now.

Please repost in the correct forum ( http://www.waze.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=265 ) and be sure to follow the instructions laid out in the first post there (Request instruction SUMMARY & Level 6 Requests). You did quite well, so you can just copy & paste this post for the most part. However, we do need a permalink.
