Those appear to be disallowed turn arrows, but with out the no turn symbol.

Somewhere on the forums, there are instruction on how to show map error 10 to make it easier to fix these, but I can't search for "10", strings of words surrounded by quotation marks, or many of the other words I'm looking for in these forums, so I can't seem to find them at the moment.

In this case, since the interstates appear to be shown as two way roads, some of those disallowed turns may be necessary for proper routing.
