Missing my city name on map shows 552 Trout St, , TX

I've been unable to ever find my address, I finally found "552 Trout St, , TX" which puts my at my driveway, any idea on how to correct it, to show the city?

It helps if you provide a SuperPermalink for the area in question.

I can understand if you do not because it is your home location. If you like you can private message to me, or any of the other regulars that help out.

Suggestions.

Have you added your house number in cartouche (the map editor)?
Does your street in cartouche have a city name.

Truthfully, I find search a little cumbersome. Sometimes doing it without a city name will work better.
