BOT user registering fake cameras?

Hi, i'm finding out a user named world_hro066lf is adding a lot of obvious fake cameras around!

Just a user running Waze under Facebook login only. world_, usa_ and israel_ usersnames are system generated. Cameras are added every day and we delete them every day by the thousands all over the world. This is nothing new.
