Access and use of the beta editor; UR lack of detail

I have seen many URs where the user says something like "incorrect driving direction" or "missing road" with no further detail, and the GPS tracking (green line) or Waze-provided route (purple line) don't give me any clue what the problem may be.

According https://www.waze.com/wiki/Update_Reques ... Map_Editor , the "beta editor" includes the ability for a map editor to enter into a discussion with the problem reporter, i.e. "I don't have enough detail here to figure out what the missing road is."

Are there any restrictions on using the beta editor (e.g. open to level 3 editors and above only, or, not every version of the app supports these conversations)? How do I access it?

Open to invite only, and is closed right now. Might get someone with beta editor to read this and ask.

If it was me, with no description, I would mark it not identified and move on. I would rather spend the time responding to someone that actually had some text in there description. You will see a ton of these reports where you have no clue what they are talking about.

And no, I'm not on the beta group.
