This road is reported as one way, but still waze app directs to it as 2 way street.

When was the last map tile update for Israel?

Also, the end at the roundabout still has allowed turns onto the segment pointing the wrong direction. Use either Junction Node Fixer, or turn the segment back to 2-way and fix the incorrectly allowed turns.
