Error: More than one city match

I have problem editing roads in Bangkok area. I just can't edit road details and road geometry. Whenever I click Save Changes, I always got "Error: More than one city match"..

What could be the cause of this problem?

It is a problem with the database. You will need to email a permalink to alpha@waze.com with the details of what city names are a problem.
