Editing Turn Restrictions

I'm feeling a bit silly about this, but I can't seem to work out how to edit Turn Restrictions. I can add a junction with all turns enabled (or none) but I can't work out how to change them after that.

What am I missing? Thank you.

Ah, that makes perfect sense. I just tried it and was able to get what I wanted. Thank you for the help! I appreciate it.

Select the road going in to the junction, hold control and select the road going out of the junction. You'll see menu options for allow turn or restrict turn. You must select the roads in driving order, if that makes sense? And then you allow or restrict turns from road 1 to road 2
