Need some editing opinions

Post by HavanaDay
Need some help at this junction.

http://www.waze.com/cartouche/?zoom=7&l ... FFFFFFTTTT

I was going to seperate the roads because it ends up being about 6 lanes with a divided median but the on/off ramps are giving me fits on how best to connect them.

So I need some opinions on these two questions

1) Should I just leave it as a single bi-directional road with seperating line

2) If you think it should be seperated how best to do the on/off ramp connectivity. You can see where I started to work on this connectivity and thought better off it to seek some opinions.

Thanks for the help.

I agree; it would simplify the intersections.

Here's a similar intersection nearer my neck of the woods I tidied up recently.

Thanks for the responses. I have gone back to a single road. My only concern is with the track merger errors but there doesn't seem to be any around this area.

I would probably leave it as one two-way road rather than separating it.

If you really want to separate it, just make the ramps H-type intersections. No need to have that funny V thing in the middle there.
