Level 3 map editor needed

In updating a map segment on a new divided highway located at coordinates
-77.82700,39.27590 level 3 map editor required to complete the divided highway. I have completed the level 1 portions available to me but am unable to complete the road and edit the appropriate turns. I don't want to cause any problems w/ routing due to the incorrect turns now present. Divided highway continues to -77.76810,39.26717 where it reverts back to a two lane road. Road is correct once complete.

In addition:

1 - Permalinks are awesome for helping to understand your issue, not just segment ID numbers (you can select the segments in question before creating a permalink). For more information, see this wiki link: https://www.waze.com/wiki/Permalink#Permalink

2 - Unlock/update requests (because the segments you wish to edit are locked) should be done in the unlock/update request forum. Assuming you're in the US, that's viewforum.php?f=622 (otherwise find the correct one for your country.) Be sure to read the stickies there as well.
