Speed Camera - Speed Limit

I've updated some speed limit to 30mph but somehow it has been changed to 19mph when I checked them last week. They have been corrected now. Why they have been changed :?:

I don't know. But I find it suspicious that the 30/19 ratio is the same as the kilometres/miles ratio. Is it possible that waze thinks you’re entering 30 km/hr?

For countries that use metric it should be entered in KPH despite the fact it says MPH!

just to keep an eye on the speed in case it has been changed. I also suspect that it is unit conversion issue.

I'm updating the speed limit today and found that the unit becomes km/hr in UK again. It should be mile/hr. I know the cartouche has been updated. Would it be the reason?
